PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow cooling air for a combustor cooling system to self-circulate and to effectively use the cooling air after cooling a gas turbine combustor. SOLUTION: This gas turbine plant is provided with a combustor cooling system 28 for cooling a gas turbine combustor 21 by self-circulating a part of high pressure air supplied to the gas turbine combustor 21 from an air compressor 20. The plant is provided with a cooling air collecting system 32 recovering cooling air after cooling the gas turbine combustor 21 to an intermediate stage of the air compressor 20.
