PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed lubricating oil to the sliding face of a switch rail by polish- finishing the inner surface of a tank so as to have the function of a cylinder, and applying pressure by a hydraulic piston serving as an upper cover. SOLUTION: Specular machining is applied to the inner surface of an oil tank 12 constituted as a pressure tank, so as to serve as a hydraulic cylinder, and upper covers 14-1, 14-2 are designed to serve as a hydraulic piston and a pressure weight so as to always apply constant pressure to lubricating oil 11. The upper covers 14-1, 14-2 are provided with a lubricating oil feeding port 15 and an air vent valve 20. A hook hardware 17 is fitted to lift the upper covers 14-1, 14-2, and a hand winch 19 is provided at an upper side face. At the time of supplying lubricating oil, the valve 20 is opened, the upper covers are lifted by the winch 19, and a hose 16 is removed to supply the lubricating oil from the feeding port 15. Switching operation can therefore be performed with a sense of security without interfering with the switching operation of a switch rail, and lubricating oil can be fed to the sliding face of the switch rail.
