PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by eliminating the need for the waiting of the solidification of floor-mortar at the time of the execution of works of the walls and floor slabs of each floor alternately constructed between two buildings and rapidly advancing the execution of works by overlapping curing periods in the two buildings. SOLUTION: Bearing piles 4 extended from the mortar-placing height of the floor slab 3 of an upper layer floor H2 are fixed onto the structure of a floor H1, in which molding is completed beforehand and forms are disassembled, the floor frame panel 5 of the upper layer floor H2 is laid horizontally on the upper sections of these bearing piles 4, and mortar is placed and molded on the top face of the floor frame panel 5. A wall frame 6 is fastened and borne instantaneously at the upper ends of the bearing piles 4 elongated in the mortar-placing height or more of the floor frame panel 5 without waiting the complete solidification of mortar placed on the floor frame panel 5 with time, and succeeding wall-mortar placing works are conducted, thus largely shortening a construction period, then reducing cost.
