PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp in which the external peripheral face of a pipe is caught by the tops of projections to join to them with a large bonding pressure and prevent the pipe from shifting by forming a number of projections at the pipe receive face of a support body and a cover constituting the clamp. SOLUTION: This clamp constituted of a support body 1 formed of a L-shaped base end 11 and a rib 12, a cover 2 with a rib 22, and a fastening metal fitting 3 is made of a metallic material chiefly made of iron. A number of projections 4 are formed at pipe receive faces of the arcuate ribs 12, 22 corresponding to the profile of a pipe. One end 201 of the cover 2 is rotatably fixed to one end 101 of the support body 1 through a shaft body 61 and one end of the fastening metal fitting 3 is rotatably fixed to the other end of the support body through a shaft body 62 respectively. The support body 1 is urged toward the arrow mark c3 by a second spring 52 and the fastening metal fitting 3 is urged toward the arrow mark c4. A pipe is put between the support body 1 and the cover 2 through the opening thereof and fastened by a bolt 31 and a nut 32 of the fastening metal fitting 3. In this way, the external peripheral face of the pipe is caught by the tops of the projections 4 and joined to the projections with a large bonding pressure and hence, the pipe is prevented from shifting.
