PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform air discharge force and suction force along the width direction of work and to arrange piping structures above the central part of both chambers to make footprints small. SOLUTION: This dust collector 1 has an air discharge chamber 4 incorporating an ultrasonic generator 8 and provided with an air discharge port 4A and an air suction chamber 5 being next to the air discharge chamber 4 and provided with an air suction port 5A. Both the chambers 4 and 5 are arranged in the traveling direction of work 20 and also have a prescribed spacing held between the air discharge 4A and the air suction port 5A. In almost the upper end central part of the air discharge chamber 4 viewed from the traveling direction of the work 20, a piping hole 2 for air discharge is arranged, and in almost the upper end central apart of the air suction chamber 5, a piping hole 3 for air suction is arranged.
