PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror for an automobile, wherein the head part of a fastening bolt is surely supported on a housing. SOLUTION: This mirror is provided with a stay base 3 having a semi- spherical pivot part 1 and installed in a door 2, and a housing 5 having a semi- spherical recess 4 engaged with the upper part of the semi-spherical pivot part 1, the semi-spherical recess 4 of the housing 5 is rotated around a fastening bolt 11 on the semi-spherical pivot part 1 of the stay base 3, and the rotation of the head part 11a of the fastening bolt 11 is prevented by a rib 10 formed in the housing 5. In the lower surface 11c of the head part 11a of the fastening bolt 11, a claw part 12 is formed to be able to bite into the housing 5 as the fastening bolt 11 is fastened to the stay base 3.
