PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch cover capable of being simply applied to a curved ditch and excellent in stability by joining an extensible connection plate on one end of a rod and joining inextensible member on the other end. SOLUTION: The end of one rod 2 is connected by an extensible connection member 3 extended in a broken fashion and the end of the other rod 2 is connected by an inextensible member 4. The rod 2 is made of hard synthetic resin providing an overhang part 5, and a nonslip projection and recess bar 6 is provided on an upper face. The connection members 3, 4 are made of soft synthetic resin formed in the form of a plate, a grounding seat 7 is integrally connected, and the end is joined and connected on the lower end of the overhang part 5. A resiliently deforming press-contacted and fitted projection and recess bar 8 is provided on the lower face of the lever body 2 and the grounding seat 7. A support stage is provided on the upper part of both the walls of a drain ditch, and both the ends of a ditch cover is supported and covered. Thereby when a curved ditch is covered, specific operation is eliminated, handling is facilitated, and in addition, the cover can be applied on the curved ditch of the wide range of different curvature.
