PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a mattress work such as a wooden mattress high in quality easily in a short term by unitizing a log structure into several kinds of members. SOLUTION: A log structure is composed of a bottom plate member 4 formed of logs assembled longitudinally and laterally in a drainboard-shape; a side member 2 formed by horizontally piling up and uniting logs which are longitudinally erected on the bottom plate member 4 at spaces in a plurality of stages and formed comb-shapedly at both its ends; and a partition member 3 which is formed by horizontally piling up and uniting logs laterally erected on the bottom plate member at spaces in a plurality of stages and formed comb- shapedly at its both ends, and is constructed in a box-shape whose inside is longitudinally and/or laterally partitioned by the bottom plate member 4, the side member 2 and the partition member 3. The side member 2 and the partition member 3 are connected by arranging their ends mutually in parallel and fitting the side member or the partition member 3 being the log having a comb-shaped end between the logs having comb-shaped end in parallel, and unitedly joined through a joining means such as a bolt.
