PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shovel extension arm capable of adjusting the length of the arm within a short time by simple work. SOLUTION: A hydraulic shovel extension arm 10 is constituted of an expansive extension arm section 21 and an expansive extension rod section 23 and has such construction as the length of the arm can be adjusted. By the constitution, even in a site having a different working height or a different working depth, and a movable arm 13 can be extended up to the length to be required by only making simple adjustment of the length of the arm without being accompanied with troublesome exchange work in an arm exchange site as before.
