PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit or replace a filter even when it is inclinatorily installed by opening an insertion port allowing the filter to be horizontally inserted, and supporting the filter inserted into a unit case from the insertion port in the inclined state against the horizontal plane with a support member. SOLUTION: An insertion port 10 is opened on a unit case 1 at the position where the frame body of a filter 20 can be inserted in the horizontal state. A cover body 23 is formed separately from the frame body, and a support member 24 for inclining the frame body against the horizontal plane is provided on the cover body 23. The filter 20 is inserted into the insertion port 10 of the unit case 1 in the horizontal state, then the support member 24 of the cover body 23 is inserted below the filter 20 to lift the car room inside end section of the filter 20, the whole filter 20 is inclined, and the insertion port 10 can be closed by the cover body 23. The filter 20 can be simply fitted even when it is inclinatorily installed.
