PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the coexistence of the food protectability of a film with its anti-fogging properties by providing a predetermined anti-fogging layer on one side of a laminated base film, and a low air permeable barrier layer between a pair of base layers. SOLUTION: A pair of base layers 12 and made of one or two same or different resin materials such as non-vinyl chloride-based biaxially oriented polypropylene, a polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate or the like. A laminated base film 16 is formed by providing a non-vinyl chloride-based low air-permeable barrier layer 14 between a pair of these non-vinyl chloride-based base layers 12. In addition, a polyolefin layer 18 as a predetermined anti-fogging layer made by kneading a non-ionic surface-active agent is provided on one side, which locates on a food side, or on the side, which locates on the inner side when the laminated base film is a bag, of this laminated base film 16.
