发明名称 MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR CHEMILUMINESCENCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure chemiluminescence with high sensitivity and high accuracy by enzymatic reaction between alkali phosphatase and a specific oxetane derivative in a specific pH range followed by chemiluminescent reaction of only solid phase under alkaline conditions. CONSTITUTION:Acid or alkali phosphatase, as an enzyme and a dioxetane derivative of the formula (Ad is adamantyl group, R is lower alkyl and Ar represents aromatic group, as a substrate are used to effect enzymatic reaction in 4 to 10.5pH range. Then, only the solid phase is subjected to luminous reaction in an alkaline condition to measure the chemiluminescence. It is preferred that luminescence is conducted with a strong alkali, after the enzymatic reaction is stopped with an enzyme inhibitor such as an acid. The alkaline reaction is preferably conducted in the presence of an enhancer such as protein or a polyalkyl quaternary amine.
