PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent brittleness of a copper layer as a brazing filler metal and a base metal due to high temperature in the heating process and improve a recycling property. SOLUTION: This steel pipe is made by plastic-deforming the hoop material composed of stainless steel sheet with a brazing filler metal applied on its surface into a pipe, melting the brazing filler metal between the walls of the multi-wound pipe, and then cooling the molten filler metal. In this case, the stainless steel sheet, wherein Ni-P system alloy plating of 3% base metal thickness of 1μm or more film thickness is applied on the surface, is used as a hoop material.
