PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk mat which makes writing with a pencil or a ball- point pen clear, has flexibility so as to make a pencil or a ball-point pen smoothly run, is substantially transparent, generates no toxic gas on burning, and easily burnt. SOLUTION: On at least one surface of a subject film with 800-1700μm of thickness comprising a copolymer obtained by a copolymerization of a composition comprising 30-50 wt.% of noncrystal polyolefin obtained by copolymerizing 1-10 wt.% of ethylene, 5-30 wt.% of butene-1, and residual wt.% of propylene and 70-50 wt.% of polypropylene, or a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 10-20 wt.% of vinyl acetate and 90-80 wt.% of ethylene, a 10-50μm thick surface film 3 comprising polyamide or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is adhered via an adhesive resin layer.
