PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus by means of which a wood, a plastic, etc., can be easily cut by anyone regardless of children, pupils, adults and experiences. SOLUTION: A main body frame 13 is fixed on a workbench 12 by means of a main body fixing tool 10. A main body support rod 14 is fixed on the main body frame 13 by means of a support rod stopping screw. A movable edged tool press base 16 is inserted into the main body support rod 14 and a linked up and down movable arm 17 with an up and down movable arm 8 is mounted by means of a bearing. The linked movable arm 17 and a movable connecting arm 15 are mounted by means of a bearing. The movable connecting arm 15 is mounted on the main body frame 13 by means of a bearing. A receiving tray 5 is fixed on a receiving tray support rod 6. A press support rod 3 is inserted into the main body frame 13 and an up and down movable press tool 4 is fixed below it and a press support rod swivel stopping tool is fixed above it and is temporarily fixed on the main body frame 13 by means of a press support rod stopping screw. A saw edge 1 for metal is inserted and is fixed by means of a saw edge fixing screw.
