摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect pinholes of a waterstop sheet and to make the water barrier sheet hardly damaged to make easy its laying when between the waterstop sheet and a substrate, a conductive sheet is interposed to perform flaw detection of the barrier sheet by using the conductive sheet in such a form that metal foil, a vapor-deposited film, or the like is covered with a synthetic resin film. SOLUTION: When a conductive sheet 11 is laid on a substrate 10 directly or through a protective sheet and high voltage is applied to between the waterstop sheet 12 and the conductive sheet 11 to detect pinholes of the waterstop sheet 12, as the conductive sheet 11, a laminated sheet that synthetic resin films are laminated on both surface and back face of a metal thin film is used, and a brush electrode 17 is contacted with the surface of the waterstop sheet 12 and the laminated sheet is grounded, and while high voltage is applied to between the electrode 17 and the laminated sheet, the waterstop sheet 12 is scanned by the brush electrode 17.
