PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To serve a water storage tank capable of being simply set up only by partially replacing components of the existing water supply facility used as the circulation type water storage tank as measures to deal with natural calamities. SOLUTION: A circulation type water storage tank is constituted of a water pipe 6 pouring city water into the storage tank and supplying water in the water storage tank to a faucet of water works, water supply pipes 3 and 4, a cover 2 having two inlets used for recharging and water supply and water storage tank 1 for circulating and storing water. Then, two functions such as recharging and water supply are given to the water pipe 6, a water storage tank main body has high air tightness and high thermal insulation and, at the same time, it can be set up without changing the existing water supply facility.
