PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon incorporated cemented excelsior board keeping heat insulation property, sound absorption and insulation property and flame resistance and capable of remarkably improving deodorization property, sterilization property, hydroscotic resistance, electromagnetic radiation preventing property and living environment or the like. SOLUTION: Carbon is contained by weight by 3-30%. The producing method of the carbon incorporated cemented excelsior board is by adding an adequate quantity of magnesium chloride to 20-30% wood fiber, 3-30% carbon and 40-65% cement by weight to mix by stirring and after press molding the mixture, applying an exposing means of the carbon.
