PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a continuity of oil film of a lubricant forming a cause of an oil whip phenomenon by cutting the oil film of the lubricant by an oil removing groove formed on an inner surface of a bush pivotally supporting a rotating shaft on which a gear is mounted and formed in approximately parallel to a rotating shaft. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 5a and a driven shaft 5b are pivotally supported by bushes 6a, 6b and a lubricant is employed in order to reduce a frictional force acting to both shafts 5a, 5b. In order to cut a continuous oil film of the lubricant, an oil removing groove 11 is axially formed at a vertical lower side of an inner surface of the bushes 6a, 6b. Thereby, a continuity of the oil film of the lubricant can be cut without lowering a bearing area and a movement quantity and a bending of the rotating shaft caused by an oil whip phenomenon can be reduced.
