PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a paper sheet with an adhesive capable of preventing shrink, rising, slackening, peeling or the like due to the effect of temperatures, free from pin holes or the like on the surface, able to sufficiently preventing dirt on the surface and at the same time having weak stiffness in the paper sheet in such a degree that the paper sheet is easily applicable. SOLUTION: A surface film layer 2, a paper layer 3 and an inner film layer 4 are closely laminated in advance to form a laminated state, unevenness is integrally formed on both the obverse and reverse sides, and an adhesive layer 6 is formed on the inner film layer side of the integrally uneven laminated body. The surface film layer and the inner film layer consists of a polyolefin resin, and the surface film layer has no pin hole nor shrink due to unevenness formation.
