PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for an operating key having a small application of key loading, whis is visually easily recognizable. SOLUTION: A plurality of embossed protrusions 15a,... and 15b,... are provided on a panel sheet 1. The protrusions 15a and 15b are opened toward its rear surface and respectively formed in a true circular shape and an elliptical shape as planely seen and in substantially rectangular shape as seen in a section. Height sizes of the protrusions 15a and 15b are 0.5 mm. The protrusions 15a and 15b are formed with first and second push parts 13a and 13b of substantially cylindrical shape in thicknesses of respectively 3 mm. The operating keys become high by providing the parts 13a and 13b so that positions of the keys are easily recognized. Since the heights of the embossed protrusions 15a and 15b are of the same degree as conventional embossed ones, the application of the key loading at the time of pushing is not increased.
