PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fabricating work, to satisfactorily protect a diaphragm and to push out fire-extinguishing chemicals without leaving in the diaphragm. SOLUTION: This tank contains the diaphragm 10 in a tank body 1 to store a foaming fire-extinguishing stock-solution inside the diaphragm 10. Then, the foaming fire-extinguishing stock-solution stored inside can be pushed out by introducing pressurized water into a space between the inner surface of the body 1 and the outer surface of the diaphragm 10. In this case, this tank is constituted with a flexible stock-solution push-out cylinder 11 disposed on the inner surface of the diaphragm 10.
