DISCHARGING AUGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional discharging auger having a constant length to limit the movable range of the discharging port and necessitate extremely troublesome work e.g. in the discharge of unhulled rice to a truck. SOLUTION: The objective discharging auger of a combine harvester to discharge grain from a grain tank 14 is composed of telescopically extensible double cylinder cases 65, 66 and a screw comprising a plural screw members 68 divided in the direction of the shaft and a fixed-length screw 59 and placed in the cases 65, 66. The screws 68 are linearly connected with each other in a state slidable within a prescribed range and unable the relative rotation. An end of the screw shaft of the screw member 68 is notched and the rotational phase of the screw of the discharging side is retarded relatively to the screw member 68 adjacent in axial direction.
