PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type picture rack and a new type picture rack device which requires no rail for a ceiling trolley and its frame utilizing easiness of putting a picture in/out a suspension panel type picture rack and the space efficiency. SOLUTION: Wheels 2 to roll on a floor demonstrating good straight travelling performance is equipped on a base 1 in a rectangle in pan view to form a dolly T to run along the long side of the base 1. A mesh panel 3 to support a picture is erected in a direction almost parallel to the long side onto the upper surface of the dolly T.
