PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg sheet, well bending and flexible in many directions, and showing formability, compatibility with mold and adhesive when it is secondarily processed, and also to provide a formed body thereof. SOLUTION: This prepreg sheet is a composite material of thermoplastic resin reinforced with continuous glass fibers, obtained by impregnating the glass fiber strands, each comprising bundled glass monofilaments, with the thermoplastic resin, to have an almost circular or ellipsoidal section, glass content of 25 to 80 vol.% and buckling limit in terms of curvature R of R<=30D×V (D = average diameter, V = vol.%/100, and unit for R and D is mm), when it is bent, and by weaving the above fibrous composite with the thermoplastic resin fibers. This prepreg sheet is formed, either individually or after being laminated, into a formed body.
