PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to carry around a polyethylene sack while its opening is left open. SOLUTION: A left and a right supporting metal piece 4 fitted with a rectangular ring 1 to keep open the opening of a polyethylene sack 12, hanging metal piece 2, and a clamp 3 are coupled with a handle 11 by a joint 9. This serves for picking rubbish, etc., on a dry riverbed, in a park, etc., and also for accommodation in a party hall, at construction site, etc.
