PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a tray-like container on a site by providing a cut line along a crease provided on a top plane and by providing a cut line connecting between centers of cut lines thereby forming a fold plate equipped with a lock plate via the crease and fixing the lock plate to a bottom plate. SOLUTION: In a parallelopiped comprising a rear plate 10, a top plate 20, a front plate 30, a bottom plate 40 and a pasting piece 50 which are sequentially connected via creases (a) to (c), lateral cut lines f, f are provided along creases a, a provided at fore-and-aft ends of the top plate 20, and also a fore- and-aft cut line connecting between centers of the cutting lines f, f is provided, whereby folding plates 60 equipped with a lock plate 70 at a tip via respective creases d, e are respectively formed. Such a blank is folded at an acute angle along the creases (a) to (c), a rear of the rear plate 10 and the pasting piece 50 are stuck to form in a parallelopiped, the respective folding plates 60, 60 are folded at an acute angle along the crease (d), and also the lock plates 70, 70 are folded at an obtuse angle to be stuck to an internal face of the bottom plate 40.
