摘要

FIELD: refrigerating equipment; freezing food-stuff at contact with cryogenic fluid. SUBSTANCE: quick-freezing plant has heat-insulated shell, cryogenic agent supply system, transporting member made in form of disk-shaped swivel plate with hole in center and branch pipe for discharge of product. Plate is mounted above frame of shell. Rigidly secured on inner side of shell cover is spiral guide for moving the product over swivel plate. Cover is provided with additional collector for preliminary cooling of swivel plate and product to avoid adhesion of product to working surface. EFFECT: improved appearance of product at minimum consumption of cryogenic agent. 2 dwg
