The invention concerns a building element comprising for example a building wall (8) and a lining panel (1) consisting of a facing (2) and a thermally insulating layer (3). The invention is characterised in that balancing weights (5) are connected to the facing (2) by springs (7), the balancing weights (5) and the springs (7) being housed in the insulating layer (3) recesses (4) and constituting an oscillating system defining an antiresonance frequency improving the building element acoustic properties.
