PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a printing information sheet only when it is needed by setting the propriety of the issue of the printing information sheet by easy operation. SOLUTION: This device is linked with a printing processing part executing the printing processing of a photograph by selecting a specified channel out of plural printing channels where a printing condition is individually set, and issues the printing information sheet by using printing information previously set at a printing channel, and the propriety of the issue of the printing information sheet is set by using a keyboard 20 for each printing channel at a set screen displayed at a display part 18. A printing information sheet issuing part 16 prints and outputs the printing information on a sheet only when the printing channel selected is set to issue the printing information sheet.
