PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a photographing range without changing a focal distance by tilting at least one of two mirrors arranged between an eye to be examined and an objective lens to change the photographing range of an eyeground in right/left and/or vertical direction. SOLUTION: Between a pair of two freely rotatable scan mirrors arranged between the eye to be examined and the objective lens, a scan mirror 11 is an X-axis scan mirror and its rotary axis exists within a vertical surface including an optical axis 02 and is used for curving the horizontal direction of an optical axis 01. At the time of rotating the mirror 11, the horizontal direction of the optical axis 01 changes and the center A of the photographing range can be optionally changed in the range of A1-A2. On the other hand, a scan mirror 12 is a Y-axis scan mirror and its rotary axis is orthogonal with the vertical surface including the optical axis 02 and is used for curving the vertical direction of the optical axis 01. At the time of rotating the mirror 12, the vertical direction of the optical axis 01 changes and the photographing center A can be optionally changed in the range of A3-A4.
