PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely shield electromagnetic waves generated in cold cathode tubes by enclosing an entire bearing of cold cathode tubes by first to third electromagnetic wave shielding members and shielding all of the electromagnetic waves generated from the cold cathode tubes with these first to third shielding members. SOLUTION: A first photocatalyst filter 21 which is formed by utilizing titanium oxide as the first and second electromagnetic wave shielding members opened to a honeycomb shape continuously opened with cavities of a regular hexagonal prism shape in intersection with the air flow and a second photocatalyst filter 22 are disposed in parallel in a casing 13. The outer edge on the rear surface of the parallel disposed first photocatalyst filter 21 and the upper edge of the shielding plate 26 which is the third electromagnetic wave shielding member are brought into contact with each other and the lower edge of the shielding plate 26 is brought into contact with the outer edge on the front surface of the second photocatalyst filter 22, by which UV lamps 23, 24 as the cold cathode tubes are enclosed from the entire bearing. |
