PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-cut adhesive type cleaner capable of sending out and updating a new adhesive tape from an adhesive tape roll at the same time when the adhesive tape roll wound in a roll shape is supported by a holder and the adhesive tape soiled by being rolled on a floor is not cut and is wound to a different paper tube provided to the holder. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape roll 1 wound in a roll shape is supported so as to be rolled by a shaft 10 provided to a holder 2 and a winding frame 4 to which a paper tube 3 is fitted side by side to the adhesive tape roll and a rotation adjustment device 6 connected to the winding frame 4 are freely rotatably supported by a different shaft 9 provided to the holder 2. Further, while the rotation of the adhesive tape roll 1 is transmitted to the rotation adjustment device 6 by a transmission mechanism 5 and transmitted through it to the winding frame 4 and the paper tube 3 fitted to it, a tension adjustment device 7 for imparting resistance to the rotation of the paper tube 3 by bringing a ship body 7A into press contact with the inner wall of the paper tube 3 by a spring 7B provided to the winding frame 4 is provided.
