PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a fixing member for a rotation plate to an outer circumferential side in a damper disc by enhancing strength of the vicinity of the fixing member for the rotational plate where no input member is fixed to the outer periphery. SOLUTION: A clutch disc assembly 1 transmits torque from a clutch disc and is comprised of a clutch plate, retaining plate 32, stopper pin 40 and hub. The clutch plate 31 is fixed to the clutch disc at its outer peripheral part, The retaining plate 32 is spacedly arranged axially to the clutch plate. A plurality of the stopper pins 40 mutually fixing the outer peripheral parts of the retaining plate 32 are arranged in the circumferential direction. The hub is arranged at the inner circumferential side of the plate 32. At the outer peripheral edge of the retaining plate 32, a bent part 51 is formed in correspondence with the stopper pin 40.
