<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas analyzer in which the temperature of a sample gas in a gas introduction pipe is held to be constant without separately installing the heater of a cell for gas measurement and the gas introduction pipe, which is not restricted in terms of a space and which is low in cost. SOLUTION: The gas analyzer is provided with a heater 7 which is placed on the circumferential face of a cell 1 for gas measurement, a temperature regulator 14 which controls the temperature of the heater 7, a gas introduction pipe 9 which is heated by the heater 7, and one end of which is connected to a gas introduction hole 10 in the cell 1 and the other end of which is connected to a sample gas line, and a heat insulating material 15 with which the cell 1, the heater 7 and the gas introduction pipe 9 are covered.</p> |
