PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device which does not limit a mounting place and improves reliability by providing a constitution that a recessed shape and a projecting shape are provided on a case side outer periphery and on a base side outer periphery, respectively, the base side projecting part is formed into a V-shape and the recessed shape and the V-shape are bonded via an adhesive. SOLUTION: When a case integrated waterproof connector 1a and a base 2a are bonded, an adhesive 4 is applied to a base V-projecting shape 2b and a recessed shape 1b of a connector is mounted so as to be covered from the upper part of the base V-projecting shape 2b. As a result, the adhesive 4 can be uniformly infilrated into the connector 1a and the base 2a. At bonding and adhesive hardening, adhesive property of the connector 1a and the base 2a can be improved by providing a constitution such that air bubbles contained in the adhesive 4 and air caught in then are exhausted from a gate-shaped air hole 5 on a connector recessed shaped side surface.
