PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the rotation movement mode of the spare tire and to permit certain and stable energy absorption. SOLUTION: A deformation obstruction portion 33 with high rigidity is provided by a cross member 27 for installing side and rear side members and suspension, a cross member 29 for seat catcher, and a rear front panel 17. A deformation allowance portion 35 with lower rigidity than the deformation obstruction portion 353 is provided between the deformation obstruction portion 33 and a recess portion 25 for accommodating the spare tire. The collision load from the rear vehicle body deforms the deformation allowance portion 35 to rotatively move the recess portion 25 which accommodates a spare tire 7 to below the vehicle body.
