PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve equipped with a push-turn mechanism structured simply, which allows simple shape of components to decrease in the number of components, and can achieve cost reduction. SOLUTION: A valve 1 with a push-turn mechanism is composed of a body 7 having a recess, a valve element 9 capable of rotating within the recess, a handle 3 mounted rotatably at the end of the recess but not rotatable relative to the valve element 9 and movable in the depth direction of the recess (incoming and outgoing), a spring 6 to energize the handle in the outgoing direction, and a lock pin 5 which is installed between the handle and recess and subjected to center alignment with the handle. The recess in the body is provided with a lock hole 7e to hinder the lock pin 5 from rotating when the handle is in the out-position and a circumferential groove 7g to admit rotation of the lock pin 5 when the handle is in the in-position.
