PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet made of an olefinic resin excellent in the balance of damage resistance, flexibility, blocking resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance and heat fusion properties and generating no hydrogen chloride gas upon incineration. SOLUTION: In a waterproof sheet made of an olefinic resin comprising a laminate constituted of at least both outer layers and an intermediate layer, the intermediate layer of the laminate is a layer comprising an ethylene/ ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymer (I) and both outer layers of the laminate are layers comprising an olefinic resin (II) [excepting the ethylene/ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymer (I)] and the thickness ratio of the laminate is set so that the thickness of the intermediate layer is 0.2-50 with respect to the sum total thickness 1 of both layers.
