<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a paper document from being lost and to correctly and efficiently execute transaction by executing the transaction by permitting the distributed paper document to be associated with a correspondent electronic document in a process requiring the paper document. SOLUTION: When a work flow server receives a document number which is inputted from the client 18 of the process 3, a document/paper document relative management table 14 is referred and an electronic document number corresponding to the paper document number is retrieved. Moreover, a processing situation management table 13 is referred and the process n(n=1-3) being the one where the electronic document is located is retrieved from the reception time of the applying electronic document number, the end times of the respective processes and a present time. When n is equal to 3, an electronic document data table 11 is referred and applying electronic document data is displayed in the client 18 of the process 3. Unless n is equal to 3, the processing situation management table 13 is referred and a difference (a required time in the process n) between the present time and the end time of the preceding process in the process n is calculated.</p> |
