PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently supply ink, whose amount matches an ink amount discharged from a recording head in recording, from an ink chamber to the recording head by setting thickness of a ring type intermediate part between a fluid supply port part and a circumference part in a disc type valve element unevenly in the radius direction. SOLUTION: Using elastic material containing thermoplastic elastomer, which is copolymer constructed of one of polymer blocks mainly consisting of vinyl aromatic compounds and one of polymer blocks principally consisting of conjugated diene compounds, and polypropylene resin, a fluid supply valve is formed by injection molding according to a dichromatic molding method. In the center of the fluid supply valve, a fluid supply hole 3 is arranged, while its circumference part is reinforced and fixed by means of a hard material 2 consisting of polypropylene resin. In a thin part, which is a ring type intermediate part between the periphery of the circumference edge part and the periphery of the fluid supply hole 3, thickness is set unevenly in the radial direction, and a disc type valve element 1 arranged along the circumferential direction is formed. |
