PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cation regenerator in which even in a corner part or the like between a support floor for cation exchange resin and a regenerator body, the cation exchange resin can be sufficiently fluidized, and after backwashing/separation, anion exchange resin is not retained in the cation exchange resin, and on its regeneration, degeneration of anion exchange resin can be nearly eliminated. SOLUTION: This cation regenerator 1 is provided with an upper nozzle 1A for taking out most of anion exchange resin A after circulating mixed ion exchange resin M is added to mixed ion exchange resin after use to perform backwashing/separation, a lower nozzle 1B arranged below the upper nozzle 1A and for taking out the mixed ion exchange resin present near a separation boundary surface S after backwashing/separation without the remainder, and an intermediate nozzle 1C arranged between both the nozzles 1A, 1B and for taking out a part of the mixed ion exchange resin M after backwashing/ separation. |
