PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic adhesive tape or sheet capable of being adhered to even an oil-adhering surface, capable of exhibiting proper repeelability, good antistaining property, good weather resistance and good light resistance, and useful for protecting various kinds of members by laminating an adhesive layer comprising a specific acrylic adhesive (composition) to a substrate. SOLUTION: This acrylic adhesive tape or sheet is obtained by laminating (A) an adhesive layer comprising an acrylic copolymer (composition) obtained by copolymerizing (A1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 1-14C alkyl group with (A2) an olefin macromer to (B) one surface of a substrate (for example, a polyolefin substrate surface or a polyolefin substrate surface preliminarily coated with the component A).
