PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to generate a preferred vibration pattern by providing a characteristic to vibration patterns from a vibrator. SOLUTION: The portable set with a vibrator function that vibrates a vibrator at the arrival of an incoming call to inform the user of it is provided with a radio set 3 that receives data from a radio channel 1 via an antenna 2, a data processing unit 5 that is operated by program control, a vibrator 6 that has a vibrator drive means, and a storage device 8 that stores information. In this case, the storage device is provided with a vibrator storage section 82 that stores vibrator ON/OFF timing of the vibrator at initialization and at a prescribed time and telephone numbers used to discriminate that the stored vibrator ON/OFF timing is activated when caller telephone number comes in the arrived incoming call, a memory dial storage section 81 that stores caller names and caller telephone numbers, and a work storage section 88 that temporarily stores the vibrator ON/OFF timing.
