PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely wash a roller and a guide outside a liquid. SOLUTION: Both side walls 46A of a guide member 46 are provided with a washing nozzle 58 which can jet washing water toward a guide surface 48 while diffusing it. Then, an inclined surface 54 provided on the guide surface 48 on the washing nozzle side is provided with a triangular washing water diffusion means 56. Since one part of the jetted washing water 84 is abutted on the diffusion means 56 and more diffused in the width direction of the guide surface, the width of a water current 84A flowing on the surface is sufficiently spread even near the nozzle 58 and the washing area of the guide surface 48 near the nozzle 58 is enlarged. Further, a pair of rollers positioned under the guide surface 48 is surely washed by the washing water dropping from the guide surface even in the vicinity of the washing nozzle of the roller pair that is, the vicinity of the respective end parts thereof.
