PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify where the actual radiation of an electromagnetic wave from, or how the conditions of an electronic apparatus change by various measures, or what measures are effective and why, or the like, in order to take a counter measures against radiation of the electromagnetic wave of the electronic apparatus with excellent efficiency. SOLUTION: A conductive member 32 of an electronic apparatus 31 to be measured and a measuring probe 12 are moved relatively and brought into contact with each other by a relative moving means 15, and a signal of the measuring probe 12 is measured as a signal of a frequency component by a spectrum analyzer 21. The signal measurement and the relative movement are repeated, and the moving position and the measured result are made to correspond to each other and data processing is executed, and the processed result is outputted as a display. A distribution state of a current or an electric potential on the surface of the conductive member 32 of the electronic apparatus 31 can be confirmed by the display image, therefore, the position or the cause of electromagnetic wave radiation can be guessed from the condition change before and after measures or the like.
