The invention concerns a compressive orthosis device comprising a leg part (16) in compressive mesh for delivering a degressive therapeutic retention. The compressive mesh comprises a net-type mesh knitted with a weft yarn (22), made of an elastic material advantageously combined with at least a base yarn (24, 26, 28) also made of an elastic material, with a smaller yarn count than the weft yarn. The assembly forms a deformable network of substantially hexagonal cells (30), having when deformed greater elastic return strength in the horizontal direction (H) than in the vertical direction (V). |
