PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clash prevention device capable of notifying an operator of a dump truck of the approach to a conveyor in advance by a simple device to call the operator's attention with a simple device in the case the dump truck approaches the conveyor turned backward for loading excavated muck to the dump truck from the conveyor, reducing time required for approaching a specific position to promote loading work efficiency and being provided in a muck loader for preventing the dump truck from clashing against the conveyor. SOLUTION: A conveyor is loaded to a base 2 on a self-propelled crawler 1 in a tiltable manner, the base 2 is equipped with a boom bearing frame 19 capable of being revolved in the horizontal direction, two-throw booms 5 and 9 equipped with an excavating bucket 11 capable of being vertically revolved on the front end are arranged to the boom bearing frame 19, the rear boom 5 of two-throw booms 5 and 9 is separately provided in the horizontal direction in a revolvable manner, and the rear boom 5 is vertically provided in a revolvable manner. In that case, the conveyor is equipped with a dump truck sense microwave sensor 25 and a contact curtain switch 28, and warning buzzers are provided respectively to them.
