CONCENTRATED INDUCTION TYPE AC POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE PROBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both flat and curved members to be measured measurable using a single probe by a concentrated induction type AC potential difference method. SOLUTION: A tapered face 9b is formed on the left and right sides of a forward end face 9a so that the probe body 9 has an acute angle on the forward end side. A sponge 11 having back face covered with a rubber 10 is fixed to the forward end face 9a of the probe body 9 while extending in the left/right direction. An induction wire 2 is pasted to the front face of the sponge 11. A pair of probes 3 are fitted to the forward end part of the probe body 9 while penetrating through the rubber 10 and the sponge 11 and projecting from the induction wire 2. A leaf spring 12 is fixed to the back face of the rubber 10.
