PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism for a throw-away tip capable of a secure attachment of a tip by actively inclining a clamp pin in attaching the tip. SOLUTION: In this clamp mechanism, a clamp pin 25 is inserted into the insertion hole 22 of a throw-away tip 15 and the body insertion hole 23 of a tip mounting seat 13, and the clamp pin 25 is pressed by a fixing screw 30 to incline the clamp pin 25 so that the throw-away tip 15 is pressed and fixed to the tip mounting seat 13. In this clamp mechanism, a pin 24 is inserted from the direction off-setting the fixing screw 30 into a tool body 11 at the position within the inner peripheral wall between a screw hole and the tip mounting seat 13, the pin 24 is projected from the inner peripheral wall of the body insertion hole 23, and then the tip of the pin 24 is inserted into a locking hole 27A provided on the peripheral wall of the clamp pin 25.
